Instructions for Y2K Tester 
(IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PRINT THIS)

After completing the installation from the Smart-CD browser, you will
need to run Y2K from DOS. * * IT WILL NOT RUN IN WINDOWS * *

TO EXIT TO DOS:

From Windows 3.1 [Program Manager):
	Click FILE
	Select EXIT
You will get a message: 
‘This will end your Windows session’
	Click OK

From Windows 95:
	Click the START button
	select SHUT DOWN
	select RESTART THE COMPUTER IN MS-DOS MODE
	then press YES

YOU SHOULD NOW BE IN DOS MODE

Your prompt should look similar to C:\> or C:\WINDOWS>
(If you are not on your C: drive, type C: then press [ENTER])

At this point, type CD\SOFTUSA\YEAR2000 then press [ENTER]

Your prompt should now say C:\SOFTUSA\YEAR2000>

To run the program type 2000 then press [ENTER]

Read the agreement - press Y if you agree, or N if you disagree
(If you select N, the program will terminate at this point.)

Follow the instruction on-screen as the program runs.

After the program has finished, and you are at the 
C:\SOFTUSA\YEAR2000> prompt you can safely turn off your computer, 
or return to Windows by typing WIN and pressing [ENTER]

(If Windows does not re-start, type CD\WINDOWS and press [ENTER] to change to your
Windows directory, and type WIN and press [ENTER] at the C:\WINDOWS> prompt.)
